How to obtain medicines not available in your country from Schadow-Apotheke.

Schadow-Apotheke has considerable experience in obtaining and shipping german
and foreign medicines all over the world.

You have various options to order these medicines:

How:
If you order a prescription drug please send your original medical prescription by fax or mail together with the order form, showing name, address and your credit card number / expiry date to Schadow-Apotheke, Düsseldorf, Germany.
In case you order a non prescription medicine, no prescription is required.
Most of our products are original brands registered in Germany, therefore usually labelling is in German language.
We do not ship restricted or illegal drugs such as narcotics, anabolic steroids etc.!

Payment:
We accept the major credit cards: MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or VISA.
We will charge your order directly to your credit card.
Upon request, or if you do not wish to charge the amount to a credit card, we will send you a pro-forma invoice indicating the exact amount including shipping costs, and banking charges. As soon as we receive your money order to our bank account or bankers cheque, we will dispatch the medicine the same day.

Costs:
The medicine will be charged at the official retail price. Prices may vary slightly according to currency fluctuations. Additional costs for shipping and handling will be calculated according to the weight of the consignment.

Time:
Orders are generally sent by letter post / airmail taking about 7 -10 days.
In case of emergency, express mail or courier can be requested.
